Help Desk Support

Since 2008 Adjuvant has provided help desk support to various customers throughout the United States to include the Navy in Charleston SC, DISA in Mechanicsburg PA, the Air Force in San Antonio TX as well as several Air Combat Command based at Beale AFB, CA; Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; Holloman AFB, NM; Moody AFB, GA; Mountain Home AFB, ID; Nellis AFB, NV; Offutt AFB, NE; Seymour-Johnson AFB, NC; and Shaw AFB, SC.  At each of these locations, we have provided IT technicians who serve as the customer’s go-to IT expert for resolving desktop, functional systems and issues that can affect our clients at any given time.


At all work sites, we installed, configured, and maintained all Comptroller workstations in accordance with prescribed csutomer (Navy, Air Force, VA, communications guidance/governance (such as AFNetOps and local Communications squadrons), to include the application of patch updates, and configuration changes. Adjuvant provides professional IT support include the administration and maintenance of Comptroller IT equipment to include workstations, monitors, printers, scanners, and various other standard peripherals.  As the focal point four our customers we are the primary IT professionals for identifying and reporting all network issues or outages to the respective network helpdesk for resolution, we monitored trouble tickets submitted to the respective helpdesk and keep the affected customers informed of their ticket status in person.

We have provided help desk support for organizations ranging from 400 to 3000 personnel with excellent CPARS.
