Proven Program Management Success
Problem: The Department of Defense needed strong central program management for a new training acquisition program.
Solution: Adjuvant provided program management and overall methodology to support the customer during the acquisition of a training program. Adjuvant worked with the leadership of several agencies, 19th Air Force, AFMC, AETC, Chief of Naval Training Aviation Life Support, and several acquisition program offices to deliver funding management and analysis and resource requirements. We also managed and facilitated the communication plan, risk, two major contractors, and timeline for the program.
