Adjuvant, headquartered in San Antonio TX, was founded in 2005 with the idea to leverage collective knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD), technical capabilities, mission focus, a customer centric-viewpoint, and a need to infuse services with new technologies and methodologies. These principles have allowed Adjuvant to create a culture of stability in our workforce which we have found to be the key reason we have been successful in our support of our customers.
Adjuvant has assembled several strong technical teams that are supported by a strong backbone at the corporate level. This approach has been instrumental in mitigating risks for our company as we undertake efforts to support our customers’ missions. The Adjuvant leadership within Human Resources, Operations, and Finance enables the company to provide a sound solution to our customers because we are able to leverage the group’s vast experience supporting the DoD. Our customers indirectly derive benefit from selecting Adjuvant because our leadership ensures that our financial systems are DCAA compliant, our hiring practices compliant with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and our personnel practices are compliant with Federal Labor Laws and their regulatory agencies.
