Problem: The Department of Defense needed to support a legacy application that had been in existence for a decade.  They were not ready to decommission it and needed programming support to support the numerous modifications needed because of changes in policy and legislation.

Solution:  Adjuvant assembled a team of programmers skilled in maintaining legacy applications and new development using the latest technology such as Enterprise Java Beans to develop web services using service-oriented architecture.  The team had the skill to maintain the forms and reports developed in Lotus Forms and Oracle which proved to alleviate the burden for the customer.
